    • A screenshot of the competitor's checkout page clearly showing the product, price, and the total cost including shipping.

Important Considerations:

  • "Bottom Line" Comparison: We compare the final price you would pay at the competitor's checkout, including their shipping costs.
  • Duty and Taxes Included: Our prices already include all applicable duties and taxes. When comparing prices, please ensure the competitor's price also accounts for any duties and taxes you would be required to pay. We will take this into consideration when evaluating your claim.
  • Identical Product: The product must be exactly the same, including brand, model and flavor and all specifications.
  • Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized online retailer operating within Canada. We do not match prices from membership-based retailers where a paid membership is required to access the pricing.
  • Price Errors: We reserve the right to refuse a price beat if the competitor's price appears to be a typographical error or a significant and obvious mistake.
  • Limited Time Offers: We do not match limited-time promotions, coupon codes, rebates, or loyalty program discounts offered by competitors that are not reflected in their standard advertised price at checkout.
