Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing Cloudistro ! We are pleased to offer shipping and local delivery services across Canada. Please review our policy to understand our procedures and timelines.

We proudly ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

 

Shipping Options and Speed:

We primarily ship using Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post Xpresspost. The shipping method used will be selected to provide you with the fastest possible delivery based on your location.

  • You can expect to receive your order within the next business day or the second business day after it has been shipped. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the Canada Post website.

Shipping Costs:

We offer the following shipping options based on your order total:

  • Free Shipping: For all orders totaling $99 or more (before taxes).
  • Discounted Shipping: For orders totaling less than $99 (before taxes), a flat rate shipping fee of $7 will be applied.

Same-Day Shipping:

We offer same-day shipping for eligible orders placed before the following deadlines:

  • 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Alberta Time)
  • 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Ottawa Time)

Orders placed after the deadline will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and1 complete. [Your Company Name] is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping2 charges to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Please provide your order number and any relevant details, including photos of any damage to the packaging and the contents. We will work with Canada Post to initiate a claim and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process.

Proof of Age Upon Delivery (First Order):

For your first order with us, we require Canada Post Proof of Age upon Delivery. This means that the delivery agent will conduct a visual verification of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient appears to be under 25 years of age, the agent will request valid photo identification to confirm their age, along with a signature. Please ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery at the specified address for your first order. 

Local Delivery


We offer local delivery in certain areas. You can confirm if local delivery is available in your area at checkout.

  • Local delivery is available on Thursdays and Fridays only.
  • The deadline for same-day local delivery is the same as our national same-day shipping deadline:
    • 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Alberta Time)
    • 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Ottawa Time)
  • Orders placed before the deadline on Thursday or Friday will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after the deadline will be delivered on the next available local delivery day.
  • Local delivery is free for orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, a flat rate fee of $5 will apply if this option is selected.
